She specializes in growth strategy, social impact measurement, operational sustainability and transformation, change management, and social entrepreneurship.
A believer that what gets measured gets managed and what gets managed gets improved, she’s passionate about working with organizations to ensure that measurement is the cornerstone of every social impact project. As a facilitator, Tania has delivered social justice and leadership development workshops to youth, schools, and corporate groups. She holds a Bachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Management degree from Carleton University and a Master of Business Administration degree from IESE Business School.
