Dwaine has spent a decade helping charities, nonprofits, and higher education institutions successfully develop community impact programs, establish employee engagement initiatives, and implement equity, diversity and inclusion policies. His anti-racism work is rooted in policy and programming. He was the inaugural Co-Chair of the CUPE (Local 2424) Racial Justice Committee and has worked as an anti-racism facilitator with the Canadian Race Relations Foundation.
